Privacy, made clear.

What we collect

When you submit a project or teaming form, we receive the details you enter: your name, work email, and message, plus any optional company, role, organization, budget, timeline, or opportunity details you choose to provide.

With a form submission we also receive the page you started on, the referring page, and any campaign parameters (such as utm_source) in the link that brought you here. Your browser keeps those campaign parameters in session storage until you close the tab, so they can be attached to your inquiry.

How we use it

We use form details only to respond to your inquiry, prepare a scope or proposal you asked for, and understand which pages and campaigns bring inquiries. We do not sell your information.

Service providers

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by email through Resend, our email delivery provider. The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard request logs such as IP addresses to serve and protect the site.

We use the Google tag (Google Ads) to measure visits from our advertising and count completed inquiries as conversions. Google may set cookies or use similar technologies for this. You can manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com and limit cookies through your browser settings.

Sensitive information

Please do not send passwords, credentials, classified, controlled, procurement-sensitive, health, or payment information through our forms. If a project requires sharing sensitive material, we will agree on an appropriate channel first.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry emails as long as needed to respond and maintain business records. To ask what we hold about you, or to request correction or deletion, email info.noctua@solonoctua.com.

Links to other sites

Project links open Opshify, Astoria Sports, LinkedIn, and other websites that have their own privacy practices.
